A. Perform 75g OGTT now, and repeat at 24-28 weeks if normal

B. Defer OGTT to 24-28 weeks as per routine antenatal screening protocol

C. Check random blood glucose today and proceed to OGTT only if elevated

D. Recommend home blood glucose monitoring four times daily for 2 weeks

E. Rely on current HbA1c of 38 mmol/mol as evidence of normal glucose tolerance
